How Potfolio works
One link in the chat. Everyone pays in. It becomes real stock tokens, locked until the date you all picked.
Three moves.
Start a pot
Pick a stock, a goal date and a name. One transaction. One invite link. You are the first member.
Share the link
Friends open it, deposit ETH, and the contract swaps it into the pot's stock token, credited to their name.
Withdraw on the day
The pot opens on the goal date. Everyone takes their own share, free. Nobody could touch it earlier.
Deposits become stock
One transaction. ETH in, stock tokens out through Uniswap. Credited to whoever sent it, priced live by Chainlink. Already hold the token? Deposit it directly. ETH and USDG pots work the same way.

Withdrawals open on the goal date, enforced by the contract. Not the creator, not a majority vote, not us. Leave early and you pay 15%. Stay to the date and it costs nothing.

FAQ
Who holds the money?+
A smart contract on Robinhood Chain. Potfolio never takes custody. No admin key can move member funds. Each share is only withdrawable by that member.
What if someone wants out early?+
They can leave before the goal date for a 15% exit fee on their balance. Staying until the date costs nothing.
What does it cost?+
0.5% on deposits, capped in the contract. Free to withdraw on the goal date. 15% if you leave early.
What if the group loses the link?+
We cannot recover it. The secret never hits our servers. Members who already joined can still reach the pot from their wallets.
Are these real shares?+
Stock Tokens are ERC-20s from Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Ltd that track the underlying stock. Economic exposure, not shareholder rights. Unavailable in the US, UK, Canada and other restricted places.
Which wallet do I need?+
Any wallet that talks to Robinhood Chain: MetaMask, Rabby, and friends. Deposits are ETH; the swap into the stock token is automatic.
